Women’s Economic Empowerment

Operate Community-Based Female Tailoring Training Centers; vocational programs in beauty & wellness. Deliver skill trainings, mentor trainees, design curriculum, link graduates to markets, monitor livelihood outcomes.

Climate Resilience & Environment

Afforestation with Forest Dept/CDA/FGEHA; waste management; pollution control; climate-smart initiatives. Lead school awareness drives, coordinate tree plantation campaigns, run community waste audits, document climate stories.

Disaster Response & Humanitarian Aid

Partner with NDMA, PDMAs, DDMAs for emergency relief, rehabilitation & reconstruction Support needs assessment, mobilize relief kits, assist in field coordination, create post-disaster livelihood plans.

Health, Hygiene & Gender Equality

Menstrual hygiene advocacy; women’s health education; gender equality programs. Facilitate awareness sessions, develop IEC materials, conduct surveys, champion policy advocacy in communities.

Research, Funding & Partnerships

Studies on climate, gender, poverty; donor outreach; coordination with NAVTTC/TEVTA, Zakat Dept. Remote roles: grant writing, donor research, proposal development, partnership mapping, visibility campaigns.
